Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
If you wish to return an item, please make sure it is in the same condition as it was received. Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor free, with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
Please send an email to riverretailclayton@gmail.com with images of the item you wish to return, as well as a brief explanation for the return. If we will accept the return, an email will be sent to notify you to ship the item back.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels.
